Wow! Day 1 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM in the books. Speed & Agility was on the schedule for today. It is an INTENSE cardio workout inspired by sports like track, football, and soccer, designed to make you fatster, more fluid, and more agile.
It made me feel uncoordinated and tired! I was punished with 45 minutes of tough exercises. The hardest part for me was the jump rope sequence. It takes a lot of coordination and concentration to jump rope Shaun T style!
It is clear that to keep up with this program, I am definitely going to have to make sure I stay on top of the nutrition guidlines in the GET SHREDDED plan! The Results & Recovery Formula and Shakeology are a must!
