INSANITY: THE ASYLUM Day 2 - StrengthDay 2 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Strength, done!  The Strength workout is a weight/resistance-based workout designed to increase your strength and power, which are critical to becoming a better athlete. It utilizes dumbbells or resistance bands, a chin-up bar, and of course your body weight.

This workout definitley taxed your muscles with lots of Shaun T style compound exercises.  I felt pretty good after the workout, but I could definitely feel my muscles tightening in my shoulders and back. 

Still keeping on track with the GET SHREDDED plan.  I will be posting recipes this week that will help us get through the plan.  And don’t forget the Results & Recovery Formula and Shakeology!
