Day 10 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Relief, a stretch and recovery workout to give your body the relief it needs.
I thought this workout was going to be REALLY painful. But it wasn’t too bad. Watching the video of the workout, I am able to pinpoint where I need to work on my flexibility. There were a couple of stretches that I definitely need to work on. Tomorrow is GAME DAY! I hope I am ready!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
