GAME DAY is here!  INSANITY: THE ASYLUM Day 11 - Game DayDay 11 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Game Day, an all-out sports workout influenced by football, basketball, soccer, tennis, swimming, track, baseball, skiing, and rock climbing. 

This workout was FUN!  It was non-stop action, moving from sports workout to sports workout.  I really like a lot of the exercises, many unique and different exercises.  The most tiring for me was the soccer workout, especially, the juggling!  I “felt” the swimming workout the most!  My back was really tired from the breaststroke movements.  And the surfing was the most unique of the workouts.

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
