Day 9 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Vertical Plyo, non-stop and exhausting jumping!
I was back to sucking wind! I actually REALLY like this workout, but it is TOUGH! The jumping and power moves definitely get your heart rate up and have you breathing much harder than usual but because of the style of the workout, the time goes by fast. I am going to be sore tomorrow! On my way to GAME DAY!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
