Day 12 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Back To Core, focusing on the overlooked part of the core!
Today’s workout was tough but it always helps to have a workout partner! My youngest was up earlier than usual, so she worked out with me! I could definitely feel yesterday’s Game Day workout. The swimming exercises were especially difficult today with a tired back.

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
