Day 13 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Strength, a killer workout that requires a lot less weight than you would think!
I feel GREAT about today’s workout. I used the 20 lb dumbbells throughout the whole workout. I didn’t have to lighten the weight for the shoulder exercises, BOOYAH! I did have to take a few quick breaks and my form suffered a little at the end of the Hip Flys, but overall, I am very happy with how I performed!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
