Day 24 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Strength, a killer workout that requires a lot less weight than you would think!
Last time on day 17, I had used the 20 lb dumbbells again with no problems. So, the plan was to bump up the weight to the 25 lb dumbbells! Wow, that extra little weight definitely makes a difference in those Shaun T exercises!

I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula. About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes! And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
