INSANITY: THE ASYLUM Day 3 - Back To CoreDay 3 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Back To Core, done! Shaun created the Back To Core workout for the body parts we often overlook.  We work the back of our body, including our glutes, hamstrings, calves, core and back.

There are a LOT of burners in this workout.  It is definitley mind over matter as your exhausted muscles start to shake, just hold it! My favorite quote so far from Shaun T during this program is, “The only thing that sucks is that you have two sides to your body.”  That’s right, you have to do the same thing on the other side…aaaaahhhhhhh!!!
