Day 4 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Vertical Plyo, done! A lower body power workout that is full of jumping and plyometrics.
This workout was definitely the hardest for me so far. I was tired throughout the workout and I am very glad tomorrow is a rest day! It is amazing how the moves we already know can be made so much more difficult just by making small adjustments or by adding a resistance band.
