Day 7 of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Strength, kicked my butt AGAIN!
I thought that by starting with a lighter weight, I would be able to get through the whole workout. Boy was I wrong! My shoulders just got too tired to handle the 25lbs. So I end up switching back and forth between weights. At least now I know I need to work on my “dinky” shoulders!

With the level of intensity in this program, I am definitely making sure I stay on top of the nutrition guidlines in the GET SHREDDED plan! Tapering my calories, my carbs and getting in the Results & Recovery Formula and Shakeology!
