It was nice to not have to suck wind the whole workout.  But it isn’t like this workout didn’t hurt!  Burn, baby, burn!  It starts with the calves, then the shoulders, upper back, the glutes and the hams!  Non-stop torture.  I did better this time around, but there is still room for improvement.   

IN IT TO WIN IT!

 I start my day off with the workout and the Results & Recovery Formula.  About an hour afterwards, I follow one of my Shakeology recipes!  And then throughout the day, I make sure I am following the GET SHREDDED plan, tapering calories, carbs and staying away from dairy.
