This workout targets every part of your abs!  Brett Hoebel calls it “abcentrics”.  Three rounds of Plank, Cobra, Dumbbell Jackknife, Side Plank and Striders.  In the Spice round, the exercises get even harder with slight tweaks.

Also in this workout, the RevZone is introduced.  This is when you get out of your comfort zone and just GO FOR IT!

I was surprised at how difficult some of the moves became.  Just holding myself in the Plank, especially, Side Plank I was shaking like a leaf!  Oh, and the STRIDERS!  Those will tire you out in NO TIME!

I definitely need to work on the Spice round moves.  Like the Plank with the Arm Raise.
