Wow! Day 03 of RevAbs, Power Intervals 1. What a workout!
Now there is only one exercise with weights, Lunges. The rest of the exercises are cardio based. There are Crossover jacks, Squat Thrusts, Crossover Jacks and more Squat Thrusts! And IT IS TIRING!
I did pretty good in the first couple of rounds with the high reps using 20 pound dumbbells. But then, I hit the Spice round! I had to drop down to the 12 pound dumbbells to do the Lunge with the Press.
