Now on Day 04 of RevAbs. We visit Total Strength and Mercy Abs again. I really like this workout.
I had planned on going heavier when I first did this workout. But after Power Intervals 1, I decided not to. After doing this workout again, I will definitely bump the weight up for the 3rd visit!
This is definitely the longest workout of Phase 1. With Mercy Abs, it is about 60 minutes of workout time. But the pace is pretty easy to follow. Cannot wait for tomorrow’s workout!
