Rev it up! Day 05 of RevAbs, Fire Up Your Abs!
Feeling pretty good about this workout! I increased the weight to a 15 pound dumbbell for the Dumbbell Jackknife exercise. I also did much better on the Plank with the Arm Raise. I was much more stable and I think I actually could have held a glass of water on my back. That means that I am making progress!
