Oh snap! On Day 08 of RevAbs, Power Intervals 1.
For some insight into an entire round of Power Intervals 1, today’s video is JUST the Spice Round. The Spice Round is when Brett Hoebel takes the exercises and “spices” them up, makes them a little more difficult. For this particular workout, that means adding a Press to the lunges, fists with the Crossover Jacks and adding Floor Sprawls to the Squat Thrusts.
I used the 25lb dumbbells for the entire workout and I am proud of that. The last of the intervals, especially the Squat Thrusts with the Floor Sprawl, I was slowing down, but I was STILL pushing as hard as I could. I was just tired.
I am really enjoying RevAbs. Only 8 days down but I have a feeling there are going to be some SERIOUS results when I get to the last day.
