Ultimate Reset Day 7, almost a week down! The first six days went pretty smoothly. I can take a moment and appreciate all the effort and discipline I’ve needed to get this far with the Ultimate Reset. Is the program starting to feel easier? Let’s find out how Day 7 of the Ultimate Reset went!
Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 7
Unfortunately, I did not sleep well at all last night. I did get out of bed, but, I just plopped on the couch for awhile because I was so tired. Eventually, I got up and made a glass of distilled water with Mineralize and Oxygenize. I also took the two Optimize capsules. I am definitely getting used to the Ultimate Reset supplements. Tomorrow starts the Detox supplement and I’m a little nervous about that.
I was looking forward to the breakfast on Day 7 of the Ultimate Reset, OATMEAL. I cooked up some oatmeal with distilled water, added a couple of tablespoons of flax seed, some cinnamon and a chopped up Granny Smith apple. It was pretty bland so I added a tiny bit of some Grade B maple syrup. (Yes, I found some Grade B!) It was pretty good. We had a meeting today, so out the door for a few hours.
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
With my lack of sleep, I had a REALLY ROUGH morning. I was so glad to finally be home for lunch and I was SUPER hungry. I looked up the lunch meal on the Ultimate Reset menu, zuchinni soup, I can do that. I was NOT looking forward to the microgreen salad though. I cooked up some zuchinni soup with walnuts (instead of cashews) and made the salad. I choked down most of the salad with the cream garlic dressing I made earlier in the week. I STILL HATE VINEGAR BASED FOODS!
The zuchinni-walnut soup really hit the spot, so I was feeling much better.
A couple of hours passed and it was time to mix up the Alkalinize. I chugged it down and then drank some more distilled water. I skipped the Ultimate Reset snack. I went the whole week with just 3 meals a day. Much different for me, since I am used to 5 meals a day.
When dinner time approached, I again checked out the Ultimate Reset meal schedule and menu. Oh man, I do NOT want tempeh! Plus I’m supposed to marinate the tempeh before I bake it. Yeah, not doing that. Since I like the Rosted Root Medley so much, I decided to make this again. I did get a beet earlier today so that I would be able get the full experience.
I chopped up the sweet potatoes, beets, carrots and onion. Popped it in the oven and then started on ANOTHER bowl of zuchinni-walnut soup. While everything was cooking I made the another glass of distilled water with the Oxygenize, Mineralize and Optimize. 30 minutes later, I was chowing down on the Ultimate Reset Roasted Root Medley and Zuchinni-Walnut soup. It was a GOOD dinner.
In looking back at Ultimate Reset Day 7 and the whole first week, I am pretty proud for being able to stick with it! I was able to find most of the ingredients for the week. I was able to stick to most of the meals, making substitutions to make them more edible for me! There is no doubt I HATE vinegar based foods! I’m not a big fan of the tempeh either. I have a feeling I’ll be seeing them a lot more with week 2 of the Ultimate Reset! Well, one week down, two more to go! LET’S DO THIS!
