Ultimate Reset Day 9 went smoothly. I didn’t forget any supplements, I was able to stay on track, AND, I found another GREAT Ultimate Reset recipe. This may not surprise you, but it is REALLY surprising me that I am not only making these recipes, eating these recipes, BUT also, LOVING these recipes! The Ultimate Reset has definitely introduced some things into our family’s food habits that are going to be sticking around! Thank you Ultimate Reset! Let’s see how Day 9 unfolded…
Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 9
I slept pretty well last night and felt pretty good in the morning, but I still didn’t want to get out of bed. It wasn’t that I was so tired I didn’t want to get up, it was just that I was comfortable and sleeping well is just a WONDERFUL experience!
I rolled out of bed and headed to the kitchen. I got all FOUR supplements out and started on them. First up was Detox. It wasn’t so bad today, since I knew what to expect. It STILL isn’t the best thing, but I survived. Then was the tall glass of distilled water with Mineralize, Oxygenize and Optimize.
Time to look at what’s on the Ultimate Reset menu. Oh man, Miso Soup. Bummer, I still can NOT find miso paste, so I’ll opt for a FRUIT FEST! I chopped up some strawberries, grabbed a bunch of blueberries and some watermelon. Waited my 30 minutes and then chow time! Yum! That is such a great breakfast!
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
I already knew what I was having for lunch, the Ultimate Reset Pinto Beans and Rice recipe, which I was looking forward to. Oh yeah, and ANOTHER microgreen salad. When lunch time came around, I put together the four Ultimate Reset supplements again and they went down the hatch. After the supplements, I worked on the salad. I made it from cucumber, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, a red pepper, parsley and a little dill. I couldn’t do the dressing. When the 30 minutes was over, I ate as much of the salad as I could and then enjoyed the leftover Pinto Beans and Rice.
Today was really busy and time flew by, so before I knew it, it was time for Alkalinize. I quickly drank it, drank some more distilled water and skipped the optional Ultimate Reset snack. I haven’t noticed any horrible hunger pains with the Ultimate Reset. The meals and all the distilled water have kept it away. I actually WAS expecting to be more hungry with the Ultimate Reset, so it has been a pleasant surprise.
Looking ahead to dinner time, I was excited to try the Ultimate Reset Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Bisque! First things first, gotta get those Ultimate Reset supplements down. Now, time to work on dinner.
I cut up and boiled the sweet potato, charred the red pepper on the grill and then covered it up in a bowl. I added the vegetable broth and sweet potato to the blender, added some aminos, sea salt, pepper and some dried herbs. Then I washed the skin off the pepper, chopped it up and added it to the blender. I blended it until it was nice and smooth.
Once it was blended I threw it into a sauce pan and got it nice and hot. While it was warming I threw some asparagus covered with olive oil, sea salt and pepper in the small oven to broil.
Everyone tasted the soup and EVERYONE liked it. This is definitely a keeper! My wife made some baked chicken for them and we cooked another sweet potato for the girls. As we sat down to dinner, I could NOT get enough! The asparagus was broiled perfectly, the Ultimate Reset Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Bisque was FANTASTIC! I cannot wait to eat that again tomorrow!
Another great day on the Ultimate Reset, I cannot for tomorrow (since it looks like 3 great meals)! I’m feeling great, eating well, finding great recipes and getting healthy! Come on Day 10!
