Ultimate Reset Day 15 and starting the Restore Phase, week 3. In this phase I’ll be eliminating grains and legumes to focus on a fruit and vegetable diet. There is an optional grain for each Ultimate Reset dinner. One thing I like about just vegetable meals is that the portions can be BIGGER! We’ll see how much I like fruits and vegetables at the end of this Restore Phase of the Ultimate Reset!.
Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 15
My oldest had an orthodontic appointment today so we had a rushed morning. After rolling out of bed I ran to the kitchen and got started with the Ultimate Reset supplements, Mineralize, Oxygenize, Optimize AND NOW, Revitalize. Remember, no more Detox! Right before we headed out to the appointment I blended one my favorite Tropical Strawberry Shakeology recipes! Which is it? You guessed it! WATERMELON! LOVE IT! I know I’ve said it before, but I am thrilled that vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology is allowed as an Ultimate Reset breakfast option!
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
Looking at lunch, Asian Cabbage Salad and Miso soup was on the Ultimate Reset menu, but that wasn’t going to work. I got started with the supplements and then I decided to follow the practice of having last night’s Ultimate Reset dinner for lunch. But, my wife had raided the Edamame and Roasted Corn Succotash! I only had a little bit left, so I added a serving of quinoa.
A couple of hours later and it was time for Alkalinize. I was a little hungry, but after having the large glass of distilled water I wasn’t hungry anymore. Of course, I skipped the optional Ultimate Reset snack.
When the clock said dinner time, I WAS READY! And thankfully, the Ultimate Reset menu was kind to me. One of my favorites was on the menu. A sweet potato! But before I get to chow time, it was time for the supplements again. OK, all done. Time to cook! So I got the sweet potato going and then started on the Garlic Veggies. Once everything was done I enjoyed all those veggies!
All right, so Day 15 down and good to go. I would have never had eaten just veggies for dinner. It is pretty amazing how far I’ve come!
