Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 16

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 16 and the second day into the Restore Phase of week 3. Focusing on just a fruit and vegetable diet may end up being more difficult than I thought it was going to be. I like the bigger portions, but not having a lot of protein in the meal from at least a grain leaves me hungry. Let’s see how Day 16 of the Ultimate Reset went!

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 16

Ultimate ResetIt was one of those crazy busy days. Started the day with the Ultimate Reset supplements, Mineralize, Oxygenize, Optimize and Revitalize. 30 minutes later it was time for breakfast, Shakeology! Today I went for Tropical Strawberry Shakeology with FRESH STRAWBERRIES and some ice. MAN THAT WAS GOOD!

It was quickly lunch time and time for the Ultimate Reset supplements again. On the menu for lunch was a Microgreen salad. I COULDN’T DO IT! I REALLY felt like I needed something more substantial. So I looked in the fridge and found some leftover Black Beans and Rice. 30 minutes later I warmed that up, added some salsa and devoured it! That wasn’t exactly an Ultimate Reset Phase 3 meal, but IT WAS GOOD!

The family had planned to get an addition to the family, so they had appointments to look at some kittens. Before we ran out the door (me still on the phone) I grabbed a Ultimate Reset Alkanilize packet and a Shakeology shaker of distilled water. It wasn’t too long of a drive and when we got there I drank all but 4 ounces of water, then mixed the Alkanilize and chugged it. A little rough since I didn’t have any extra distilled water to chase it down.

Well, the family pleaded for not just one BUT TWO kittens. They know how to pour it on strong when they need to! I gave in and we drove home with two little rascals (pictures forthcoming).

Ultimate ResetOh man, I was HUNGRY when we got home. I chugged the distilled water and the Ultimate Reset supplements and worked on dinner. On the menu for tonight was Curry Cauliflower, Lemon-Pepper Kale and I HAD TO ADD some quinoa. The Curry Califlower wasn’t too bad. But, the kale didn’t turn out so well. I must have had a really juicy lemon because it was WAY TOO MUCH lemon flavor. I could only stomach a few bites of the kale.

So with Day 16 of the Ultimate Reset down, I’m feeling pretty good. I could have stuck a little better to the strictness of the Phase 3 diet plan, but I didn’t stray too far. Life it about balance, right? So, I’ll count it as ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL day! Bring on Day 17!
