Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 17

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 17 and “hump day”. Wednesdays can be a difficult day when reaching your goals! Well, for me, my goal is to finish the Ultimate Reset without straying! This week has been difficult, but there is light at the end of the tunnel! THERE ARE ONLY 4 DAYS LEFT! Keep reading to see how Day 17 of the Ultimate Reset unfolded!

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 17

I was tired last night and went to bed early. I got some great sleep. When morning came, the kids were anxious to greet the kittens. So as they played with the new kittens I got started on the Ultimate Reset supplements, Mineralize, Oxygenize, Optimize and Revitalize. As usual, the family had their chocolate and peanut butter Shakeology. 30 minutes later it was time for my Shakeology! I am definitely more hungry with just the fruits and vegetables, so I added cantaloupe to the Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake and also ate a cup of blueberries.

Ultimate ResetWhen lunch came around I started on the Ultimate Reset supplements and then looked at the menu. Hmmmmm, Moroccan Carrot Salad. I’m not sure about this one, but the ingredients look good. Once I waited the 30 minutes, I REALLY enjoyed the meal. All of the tastes went together perfectly. In fact, I could imagine marinating some chicken breast in the mixture and eating it with some jasmine rice. (As you can tell, I’m having urges for more substantial food!)

A couple of hours later it was time for more distilled water and Alkanilize. I thought I was going to need a snack today. But after I drank all the water I skipped the optional Ultimate Reset snack. I did look at the menu for dinner and I didn’t have the ingredients. What was I going to do?

When dinner time came around I was hungry. I finished up the supplements for the day and then looked at different dinners on the Ultimate Reset menu. Day 20 had an Asian Stir-Fry that looked pretty good, so I made that. I had everything I needed. I did also warm up some quinoa. I mixed the vegetables and the quinoa on the plate and scarfed it down. THAT HIT THE SPOT and it is another great recipe I’ll be adding to our family menu during the week!

Day 17 of the Ultimate Reset went pretty well, but I’m feeling the hunger now more than ever during the past 17 days. I also have been having urges for some of my usual foods. One of the things I am REALLY looking forward to is an AWESOME chocolate peanut butter Shakeology shake!
