Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 18

Everyone in the house is sick, except for me. So, it was a rough night. Nobody was sleeping and so I didn’t get much sleep. I guess the good news is that I’m NOT sick! Perhaps that is from the Ultimate Reset diet and supplements? I finally got up and I was tired. I got started on the Ultimate Reset supplements, Mineralize, Oxygenize, Optimize and Revitalize. By the time I was able to get to breakfast, it was about 45 minutes and I made a Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with watermelon and NO ice. I also finished up the blueberries. And that is how the crazy day began.

I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!

On the Ultimate Reset lunch menu was a spinach and tomato salad. Um, not my thing. LOL What could I do? First I started on the second batch of Ultimate Reset supplements then searched the fridge. I decided on the leftover Curry Cauliflower and some baby spinach. But, it just wasn’t hitting the spot, so I started to cook some quinoa. Right before serving the quinoa I added some fresh lime juice, fresh cilantro and some Himalayan salt. Now that hit the spot. Yummy!

I was stuck on the phone for a LONG time so I didn’t have a chance to grab my Alkanilize on time. It was about 3 hours, instead of 2, before I could chug the Alkanilize. But it got done. I also ran out of distilled water and have not had time to go to the grocery store. I NEED to get to the grocery store but it won’t be until late tonight once everyone goes to bed. It is just one of those days!

When dinner time came around I got the Mineralize, Oxygenize and Revitalize down with some bottled water. I can definitely taste a difference between the bottled water and the distilled water. The distilled water DOES taste much better, I guess because there isn’t much of a taste.

On the Ultimate Reset dinner menu was Roasted Fennel Bulb. I don’t have that, so I opted for a Baked Sweet Potato and and Roasted Asparagus. Cooked it all up with some olive oil, Himalayan salt and cracked pepper. AWESOME! When I finished up I realized that I had forgotten the last of the Ultimate Reset supplements for the day! OH MAN!

I had to head out the door, so didn’t have time to fix my boo boo. But, on the way back home, I stopped at the grocery store, grabbed some groceries and some distilled water. Once I was at home, I put together the supplements and the distilled water and chugged it!

Day 18 of the Ultimate Reset had some bumps. But, overall it was still successful, I didn’t stray from the actual diet part, just the schedule part. It felt like a LONG day. I really hope everyone starts feeling better. With all the craziness and sickness going around it is making it more difficult to stick to the Ultimate Reset diet. Let’s hope for a better Day 19!
