Ultimate Reset Day 19…started fine but it started to get difficult near the end of the day! We attended a family and friends dinner party. Oh boy, some SERIOUS temptation. Grilled steaks, barbeque chicken, and a chocolate fondue for dessert! Aaaaahhhhhhhhh! Did I give in to temptation? Did I stray from the Ultimate Reset? Or did I stay strong? Read on to see how Day 19 of the Ultimate Reset went!
Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 19
The day started like every other. I started my morning routine with a large glass of distilled water and the Ultimate Reset supplements, Mineralize, Oxygenize, Optimize and Revitalize. But instead of a Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake I opted for lots of melon! I ate a lot of cantaloupe and then tackled the watermelon. It was so good and I was full! So far, so good.
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
It was another crazy day and time got away from me. I found myself late for lunch. I got started on the Ultimate Reset supplements as soon as I could to try and get back on schedule. When I looked at the menu for lunch I was disappointed. Another miso based lunch. Bummer. What to do? I decided on an oldie but a goodie. I made up some hummus and got some carrots out of fridge. That hit the spot. It was delicious. I love hummus!
As the afternoon passed, I struggled to stay on schedule. It was time for the Alkanilize. So I mixed it up and chugged it along with more distilled water. I am still anxious to add it to my “normal” Shakeology shakes to see if I can taste it. It will be an interesting test when the time comes.
Right after the Ultimate Reset Alkanilize, I needed to start on dinner. My mom was having a small dinner party for some friends and family. And knowing my mom it was going to be an awesome spread. I told her I would bring something I could eat. I decided on the Ultimate Reset Roasted Root Medley meal for me and the rest of the friends and family. So I cut up all the vegetables added some olive oil and salt and thew them in the oven. The only thing I don’t like about this Ultimate Reset meal is how long it takes to cook. BUT, IT IS WORTH IT! I love this meal.
We all got ready for the party while the vegetables cooked. With no time to spare I threw the vegetables in a container, grabbed the box of the Ultimate Reset supplements, as well as a jug of distilled water and we were off!
Everyone else ended up being late, so I had some time to wait and then get the last of the supplements for the day down. The house smelled wonderful! Something about grilling and barbequeing smells DELICIOUS! When dinner was finally ready, everyone ran for the goods. I grabbed a big plate, passed the barbeque chicken, passed the steaks, and went for the Roasted Root Medley I brought. I went for a lot of it! All that good smelling food was making me VERY hungry!
I got lots of questions about what I was doing, why I wasn’t eating everything, etc. I told everyone I was following the guidelines of the Ultimate Reset as was detoxing. After dinner it was time for dessert! My sister had made this awesome smelling chocolate fondue. Wow, it smelled even better than dinner! I asked if she had added peanut butter because that adds some great flavor to the chocolate. She said no, so I got some peanut butter out of the fridge. We scooped out some of the chocolate and added a little bit of peanut butter and mixed it up. Then I had her and the family try it. Oh yeah, I know it’s good and they agreed. With all of that chocolate dipping going on, I HAD TO HAVE SOMETHING! So, I ate a lot of strawberries. It wasn’t time for fruit, but hey, better strawberries that are ON the Ultimate Reset menu, then something NOT on the menu! RIGHT?!
Well, I survived! I’m actually very proud of myself for not straying from the Ultimate Reset even at a family and friends dinner party. There was some serious temptation but I overcame the obstacles and succeeded! If I can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!
