Only one day left!
Today was the first time that I had a meal that I didn’t prepare off of the Ultimate Reset menu.
Was it still “OK” to eat?
Did it fit the Ultimate Reset guidelines?

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 20
Day 20 of the Ultimate Reset started out very nice. I had a chance to sleep in a little and it was GREAT! I rolled out of bed and got started on the Ultimate Reset supplements, Mineralize, Oxygenize, Optimize and Revitalize. I did miss having the Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake yesterday, so I really wanted it today. We still have some watermelon, so I added the watermelon and some ice to the shake! Oh, so good! I was good for a couple of hours.
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
As the saying goes, the natives were restless. The kids are feeling better after all catching a cold and I thought it would do them well to go out. So, we decided to go out for lunch and then go to the book store. So, right before we left I got in the distilled water and the Ultimate Reset supplements.
I didn’t pack any food. I was going to eat AT the restaurant. Well, which restaurant has Ultimate Reset friendly meals? You guessed it! CHIPOTLE!
As you know, I LOVE CHIPOTLE! I figured I could eat there and still be “OK” from the Ultimate Reset perspective. But, you do have to be careful with the ingredient choices! But is is possible!
So what did I get?
– burrito bol (instead of the tortilla)
– brown rice (instead of white rice)
– black beans (instead of the cooked with bacon pinto beans)
– grilled onions and peppers (instead of meat)
– mild salsa
– hot salsa
– corn salsa
– guacamole
– NO SOUR CREAM
– NO CHEESE
That actually was the first time I’ve had a vegetarian meal at Chipotle! I always get barbacoa. But, I tell you what. THIS VEGGIE BOL WAS FANTASTIC!
Looking at the ingredient choices, I feel pretty good about it. And I definitely enjoyed it, not only because it was delicious, but because I didn’t have to prepare it. It has been hard work making all the meals AND making meals for the family.
The Ultimate Rest has definitely opened up my eyes to the possibility of going vegetarian. We’ve had a long standing Meatless Monday but I think I could do it every day.
After our meal we headed to the book store and let the kids have some fun, get a toy and get a book. Nice family time.
When we got home it was time for the Ultimate Reset Alkanilize. I actually was still feeling pretty good from the burrito bol, but I wanted to stay on schedule. I chugged the Alkanilize and drank some more distilled water.
We actually ended up having a later than usual dinner. I was looking forward to the Ultimate Reset dinner tonight. Stir-Fry Veggies. Also on the menu was Braised Greens and optional grain. I cooked up the veggies, then braised the collard greens and warmed up some quinoa. Thew it all on the plate and gobbled it up. It was EXCELLENT! Even the collard greens weren’t too bad. I know, I know, I cannot believe I’m saying that. In fact, my mom was over and stayed for dinner. I made the comment, “Can you believe this is my dinner, all vegetables?” I say that because growing up I just didn’t eat them, no matter what my parents did. An iron will!
Looking back at Day 20, I feel it was another successful day. I learned that I can eat this way at one of my favorite restaurants and it was good. I also learned that there is a possibility to keep eating like this from now on.
Only one day left! Come on Day 21!
