Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the past 3 weeks. 20 full days without meat.

It is definitely a rigorous schedule of meals and supplements. But, Beachbody supports and walks you through each day. I heavily relied on the daily emails from Beachbody. It is very helpful to have the supplement reminders and the full day of meals all in one spot.

Day 21 of the Ultimate Reset and THE JOURNEY IS OVER…OR IS IT?

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY – Day 21

Day 21 of the Ultimate Reset. I slept well the night before. I rolled out of bed and headed to the kitchen. Grabbed the large glass of distilled water and prepared the Ultimate Reset supplements, Mineralize, Oxygenize, Optimize and Revitalize. 30 minutes later I enjoyed a Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with watermelon and ice. Um, um, good!

When lunch rolled along, I got started on the supplements. I already knew I was going to have the leftovers from yesterday’s Ultimate Reset dinner, Stir-Fry Veggies and quinoa. So after the 30 minute wait, I gobbled it up. It was just as good the second day as it was the first day.

It has amazed me how full I feel after eating all of these fruits and veggies throughout the day. I usually have protein as such a large part of my diet and it has been eye opening to feel so good and to feel full without too much protein.

The day went by fast and it was already time for THE LAST PACKET OF ALKANILIZE! I mixed it up, chugged it and then chased it with a large glass of distilled water. I’m thankful that I don’t have to take that anymore by itself. I did already receive the Ultimate Reset Maintenance Kit, so I will be adding Alkanilize to my Shakeology shakes.

Time flies when you are having fun and it was dinner time already. I was looking forward to this dinner, not just because it is the last dinner of the Ultimate Reset, but because it sounded interesting.

I poured myself a large glass of distilled water and took the final supplements of this 21 Day Ultimate Reset journey! All I had was the dinner and I can claim VICTORY!

I turned the oven on, cut up asparagus, zucchini and a red bell pepper and started to cook them. I then started on the Avocado-Cucumber Soup. At first I didn’t notice it was a cold soup. Not one of my favorites. But, it was worth a try.

When everything was ready, I sat down and tried the soup. It was edible, but not a keeper. It doesn’t even compare to the Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Bisque! I moved to the Roasted Veggies. THAT WAS GOOD. Even though I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks, it still surprises me that I am just eating vegetables for a meal.

THAT’S IT! The Ultimate Reset is complete, it’s done. 21 successful days! 20 days of that without meat. I’m feeling great! So now what?

It’s over, right? Well, I’m going to keep going. I have really enjoyed some of the recipes from the Ultimate Reset, so I’ll be using them on a daily basis. I’ve already filled the fridge again with fruits and veggies.

I highly recommend ANYONE feeling like they need to start over to try a reset with the ULTIMATE RESET!
