Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 24

Ultimate ResetUltimate Reset Day 24, went pretty well as far as meals, but I fell short of all the distilled water.

I was able to get to the grocery store and get some more distilled water for the evening.

We did have friends over in the evening and had a pizza party! Uh, oh, PIZZA! MY WEAKNESS!

How did it go? Did I stay on track with the Ultimate Reset guidelines?

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 24

I slept well during the night. When I woke up I got started on a vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with cantaloupe. I’ve used all the distilled water and almost all the fruit in the house.

I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!

I had a super busy day and when lunch time was coming around, I didn’t have much time. My lovely wife cooked some brown rice for me for lunch. THANK YOU! When I did get a chance to get some lunch, I warmed up some pinto beans and followed the Ultimate Reset recipe for the pinto beans. I added some olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander and salt. I mixed that with the brown rice and shoveled it down. YUM!

Our friends came in from out of state and for snack we had fruit. I had a kiwi and a Granny Smith apple. I haven’t had a kiwi in weeks. Man, they are good!

Then dinner time came along. With 7 kids running around in the house we needed something quick, easy and yummy. It isn’t the healthiest of meals, but we opted for New York style pizza. When I picked it up, it SMELLED SO GOOD! Pizza is my weakness. I love pizza, just like I love Chipotle!

It was VERY tough NOT to eat some pizza. But, I warmed up the rest of the Pinto Beans and Brown rice and ate that while everyone had pizza. It was good, but NOT as good as that pizza!

Ultimate ResetWhen evening came around I still needed to get in a workout. On the workout menu for the day was INSANITY Plyometric Cardio Circuit. WHEW! The Polar training results says it all! Man, I was sucking wind!

After the workout, I blended up another Ultimate Reset friendly shake. Although, this time I added some pineapple! OH YEAH, THAT WAS GOOD!

That’s the wrap on Day 24. Some INSANITY here, fighting against pizza temptations there, SUCCESS!
