I had another busy day of training and I know I fell short of the water intake.

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 25

In the morning I so looked forward to the vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with pineapple. First I had to get my water in though. Afterwards, I blended up the shake and sucked it down. All of the cold water and the cold shake had me freezing. I had to put on a jacket in the morning.

I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!

When lunch came around, I didn’t have much time and I hadn’t prepared an Ultimate Reset meal. I needed something super quick. I cooked up some oatmeal, added a little natural peanut butter, a little organic cocoa and a little Grade B maple syrup. Chocolate-Peanut Butter oatmeal. AWESOME! That definitely hit the spot. I did forget my water.

Which such a crazy day, snack time quickly came up on me. I needed another quick meal. So, I raided the fridge to see what I could have that was Ultimate Reset friendly. I opted for a hummus meal from the first week. I grabbed some carrots, the leftover hummus and started chowing down. But, it wasn’t quite hitting the spot, so I grabbed a small corn tortilla and toasted it to make chip like “thingys” to scoop up the hummus. MUCH BETTER!

A couple of hours later, I did have some time. So I chose one of my favorite Ultimate Reset meals, Roasted Root Medley. The girls helped me chop up the beets, sweet potatoes, carrots and onions. Mixed the vegetables with some olive oil, put them on a baking sheet and sprinkled them with Himalayan salt. 45 minutes later, they were good to go. And even after my wife had her share of the meal (she didn’t eat her beets), I have some left over for tomorrow.

I didn’t get in a workout in the evening, so for my evening snack I didn’t want a lot of carbs. I blended up an Ultimate Reset friendly shake, distilled water, Tropical Strawberry Shakeology, almond butter and some cinnamon. Not too bad.
