That is exactly what the Ultimate Reset has done for me.

I use to think that the vegetarian thing was silly and/or extreme.

But coming off of the the Ultimate Reset has change my view point and my view.

My view of having a cheat meal hasn’t changed!

In fact, I had my FIRST cheat meal coming following the Ultimate Reset guidelines! See what it was!

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 29

I had a great night’s sleep last night. Everyone slept in a little, which was cool. I started the day with a tall glass of distilled water with Mineralize and Oxygenize. 30 minutes later my Ultimate Reset breakfast was a vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with Alkanilize and watermelon. I added some ice and enjoyed my healthy slushy.

I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!

For lunch, I had to run some errands in town. So, I scheduled it so that I could get a Chipotle veggie bol! OH YEAH! I worked out the schedule so that I got to Chipotle and ordered the veggie bol to go. On the way out I grabbed some water and drank it down. About 30 minutes later I scarfed down the bowl of yumminess!

Ultimate ResetWhen snack time came around I had my distilled water and then made a large bowl of fruits. Blueberries, pineapple, cantaloupe and watermelon. Man that was good! I really enjoy this aspect of the Ultimate Reset guidelines. This is also when I had my first cheat since starting the Ultimate Reset. I had about 1/4 cup of Rice Dream Mint Carob Chip ice cream. IT WAS AWESOME!

For dinner I just had some leftovers from a couple of Ultimate Reset recipes, the Stir-Fry Veggies and Pinto Beans and Rice. The Stir-Fry Veggies aren’t as good the second day, but the Pinto Beans and Rice were still pretty good!

Ultimate ResetAfter the kids went to bed it was time to get in my workout. I grabbed another glass of distilled water and then strapped on my Polar FT80. Today was the “official” start date of Les Mills Pump. It thought it was pretty amazing that even though I used a heavier weight for squats, my heart rate was actually lower this week. Last week’s Pump Challenge was the first workout after the Ultimate Reset and was definitely a culture shock to my body!

Post-workout I had a vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with pineapple and ice.

What a fantastic day! I DECIDE!
