Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 28
I woke up in the morning and went straight to the kitchen. I got that big glass of distilled water, added some Mineralize and Oxygenize and drank it down. Wahoooooo. I’m back on track! 30 minutes later I made a vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with Alkanilize and watermelon. No ice today, because I had to drink it quickly.
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
When lunch came around, I got in my distilled water again! Oh yeah! Still on track! My lunch was easy. I had some Ultimate Reset recipe leftovers, Pinto Beans and Rice. I also made some steamed vegetables, asparagus, corn and carrots.
The day was going well. Before long, it was snack time. I had some more distilled water, still on track with the Ultimate Reset guidelines! I also prepared some fresh fruit.
When dinner time came around, I had a couple of meals to prepare. There was a request for some chicken fajitas and then I had my meal. I wanted some Ultimate Reset recipe of Stir-Fry Veggies. The only bad news is that I forgot to drink my distilled water before cooking. So, that means I had to drink the water right after cooking when it was time to eat. I cut the wait time short and then I got to eat a little with the family. The veggies were great. I also had some brown rice with the veggies.
A few hours later I was a little hungry. I had another glass of distilled water then for my snack I had a small banana covered with some natural peanut butter. Yum, that hit the spot.
Well, I did it! I stopped holding myself back. I got back on track! Day 28 of the Ultimate Reset was successful!
