Ultimate Reset Day 27. Be proud of what you achieve.
I need to focus on that!
Overall, I’m doing really well eating fruits, vegetables and grains.
No dairy and no meat. All thanks to the Ultimate Reset for getting me started.
But, I still need to refocus on the daily goals.
Let’s see how Day 27 of following the Ultimate Reset guidelines went…
Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 27
It was another hectic morning with just enough time to blend a vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake and head out the door! No ice in this morning’s shake, just watermelon and a packet of Alkalinize. The morning passed quickly.
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
For lunch I was looking forward to the second half of the that veggie burrito bol from Chipotle! But, my wife had plans for that bowl of yumminess! So, I gave up the burrito bol and instead had the leftovers from the Ultimate Reset Roasted Root Medley. Not as good as Chipotle but it did the job.
For snack, we had a change of plans. We wanted to catch a movie together as a family so instead of having our normal snack time, we waited just a little while longer and headed into town. We went to Olive Garden. I had the minestrone soup which was actually pretty good. I normally get the pasta fagioli, but it has beef in it, so it isn’t on the Ultimate Rest menu. But, the minestrone soup IS on the Ultimate Reset menu and I ate a couple of bowls. After the meal, we headed to the movies.
When we got home after the movie it was time for the kids to go to bed. We all had shakes. They had Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology and I had another vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake. This time I added LOTS of fresh strawberries in my shake. I also had a couple of handfuls of raw almonds.
Overall, I am still staying strong, but my smaller daily goals have slipped again. Yes, I’m proud of my achievements the past 27 days, but I am going to refocus on these smaller goals!
