Ultimate Reset Day 32.

Today was also Day 4 of Les Mills Pump.
It was a relatively easy day.
Both with the Ultimate Reset guidelines and Les Mills Pump!

Ultimate Reset – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES – Day 32
Not a great night of sleep. Actually, it was pretty horrible. I rolled out of bed and headed to the kitchen, begrudgingly. I poured a large glass of distilled water and added the Mineralize and Oxygenize. 30 minutes later my Ultimate Reset breakfast was a vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology shake with Alkanilize and watermelon. This is now my morning ritual.
I want to RESET my body with the Ultimate Reset!
For lunch, I tried something new! It was an Amy’s Organic rice, beans and vegetable bowl. I didn’t have much time, so I just threw it in the microwave for 5 minutes and voila! It was actually pretty good. That is my first “packaged” meal (besides canned soups). Not really on the Ultimate Reset menu, but it is pretty close to the Ultimate Reset guidelines.
For snack time, I chugged the distilled water and then later had a fruit bowl. Blueberries, strawberries, kiwi and some almonds. Another delicious, Ultimate Reset friendly snack.
When dinner time came around I was pressed for time. So, it was another easy meal. Amy’s Organic Lentil soup. Added some Himalayan salt and some organic pepper and quickly finished it. Then we all headed out.
Once we got home the kids went to bed and it was time for Les Mills Pump – Flow. A nice, laid-back stretching workout. I only burned 42 calories, but it wasn’t about the calorie burn, it was about helping the muscles recovery from the previous workout.
Since I didn’t have much of a workout, I was just going to have some nuts. But instead, I opted for some natural peanut butter and a small banana. More carbs then I wanted before bed, but banana should help me sleep tonight. Let’s see what the next day has in store for me!
